The questions certified are directed primarily to determination of the procedure to be followed in distribution of the estate. If the residue of the estate may be added to the assets of the

inter vivos

trust, a consolidation for which the testator expressed a preference, no occasion will arise for the appointment of trustees to administer the identical testamentary trust described in
