WOODBURY, Circuit Judge.

This is a motion under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 by a prisoner held in custody under sentence of the United States District Court for the District of Maine (Peters, District Judge), to vacate, set aside or correct the sentence in Criminal No. 4395, above, on the ground that it was imposed in violation of the laws of the United States.
