Defendant moves for judgment on the pleadings in this action brought against him by his wife for a declaratory judgment.

The parties were married in 1941 and entered into an antenuptial agreement. That agreement provided for the payment by *619defendant to plaintiff of $20,000 in cash and gifts of certain jewelry.
