This appeal is from an order confirming an arbitration award and denying a cross motion to vacate or modify it. The controversy arises out of a contract for the sale of 250 bags of a commodity described as ‘ ‘ Ordinary Bysaki Seedlac, basis 5% insoluble matter ” to be shipped from Calcutta, India, to New York City.
