BRICKEN, Presiding Judge.

Appellant in this case, referred to in the record as a “negro boy,” was arrested upon a warrant issued upon an affidavit, made by the sheriff of the -county, for a violation of Title 36, Section 75, Code of Alabama 1940, which makes it unlawful to operate a motor vehicle upon any city street or other public highway without having a license tag, or plate, attached and
