Appeal is from a judgment discharging appellees from surety liability on a mechanics’ bond, executed under the provisions of KRS 376.100. On February 14, 1947, the appellant undertook to establish a mechanic’s lien to the extent of $1,298.97 against certain real property in Louisville.
