The plaintiff appeals from an adverse judgment of the circuit e.ourt of the City, of St, Louis,i in this suit under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act for $95,000 damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained in respondent’s Florida Street freight yard in St. Louis, while stowing interstate freight -for shipment in a standing box car.
