After a trial on the merits in a filiation suit by José Antonio Antonetti against the Sucesión of Dr. Eugenio Fernán-dez García, the Tribunal of the Judicial District of San Juan entered judgment declaring Antonetti a recognized natural child of Dr. Fernández García. The judgment was affirmed by this Court. Antonetti v. Fernández, 68 P.R.R.
