The Wisconsin Central Railway Company, hereinafter called the debtor,, is in reorganization under the jurisdiction of this Court. On July 1, 1949, the fifty year 4% First General Mortgage bonds issued by the debtor commencing on or about July 1, 1899, matured by their terms. But they were not paid.
