This is a petition for a writ of certiorari wherein the petitioners pray that a decision of the respondents denying an application of the petitioners as trustees of Saint Benedict Center School to approve the school as a qualified educational institution under the provisions of St. 1947, c. 534, § 1, “be vacated and a proper determination substituted therefor.
