This appeal is from the judgment of the trial Court entered in favor of Escambia County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, in a suit brought against it by the appellant. The complaint was one for money had and received by the county from the sale of described real estate to one A. J. Pockrus on October 16, 1945.
