On October 24, 1949, C. M. Jacobs1 recovered of the Southern Railway Company,2 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Alabama,3 a judgment in the amount of $5,000 for personal injuries arising out of an accident which occurred on February 10, 1948.
