This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court upon a verdict of a jury finding the defendant guilty on an indictment which charged the defendant with having been a transferee of marihuana subject to the payment of a tax imposed by 26 U.S.C.A. § 2590(a), and with having obtained a quantity of marihuana without having paid the tax in violation of 26 U.S.C.A.
