PER CURIAM.

Petitioner (appellant) on June 17, 1949 was, upon his plea of guilty, sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General for a period of four years. On February 28, 1951, petitioner filed in the court which had imposed such sentence a petition, under Title 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255, to vacate and set aside the sentence.
