This appeal is from a judgment entered pursuant to a verdict for the appellee in a suit to recover damages for personal injuries, sustained in a collision .between a horse-drawn wagon, driven by appellee, and a truck with trailer attached, driven by an employee of appellant. Jurisdiction is based solely upon diversity of citizenship. The accident occurred at about 8:30 a. m.
