Connecticut Superior Court March 17, 1952, File No. 775 (State Ex Rel. Mulak v. Burdon)

In this action Stanley J. Mulak, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, is seeking to have issued a writ of mandamus ordering the defendant, who is clerk of the town of Somers, to certify to the secretary of state of the state of Connecticut his election to the board of education of the town of Somers for the unexpired portion of a term ending in October, 1953.
