Paul W. BROSMAN, Judge:

The accused, Trani, was charged with willful disobedience of the lawful order of a superior officer, in violation of Article of War 64, 10 USC § 1536. The specification alleged that Trani disobeyed willfully the command of 2d Lt. Wetzel L. Bias, his superior officer, to perform close order drill.
