WATSON, Chief Judge.

This is an action by the United States Government under Sections 205 and 206 of the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended,1 to recover damages for failure on the part of the .defendant to refund rent received in excess of the maximum rent fixed in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
