The plaintiff, James Hay Taylor, a resident of Virginia, who will be referred to hereinafter as plaintiff or Taylor, filed a complaint against Virginia Metal Products Corporation, which will be referred to hereinafter as the defendant or Virginia, invoking the jurisdiction of this Court on the ground of diversity of citizenship.
