This is an appeal on questions of law and fact from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County, Ohio. The record made below and a stipulation are agreed to be the evidence presented to this court. This action is one to quiet title to certain real estate. The defendants prayed also for a decree quieting title to the area in dispute.
