This is an action of tort by an employee of a tenant against a landlord for negligence. The jury found for the plaintiff, and the action is here upon exceptions of the defendants to the denial of a directed verdict on the plaintiff’s opening, to the denial of a directed verdict at the close of the evidence, and to the admission of evidence.
