On April 21, 1954, plaintiff filed his complaint against defendants seeking to *338enjoin them from allegedly violating the overtime, record keeping, and shipping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.

The defendants on June 23, 1954, filed their answer in which they denied violating the Act.
