This case arises out of a collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff and one driven by one Eaymond H. Martinson. The proven facts are not seriously in dispute. The inferences which properly can be drawn from the proven facts and circumstances surrounding the activities of Martinson give rise to the main differences of opinion between the parties.
