This appeal is taken by Birdie R. Hudson from an order of the District Court dismissing a suit instituted to obtain the removal from the records in the Circuit Court of Princess Anne County, Virginia, and the Corporation Court of the City of Norfolk, Virginia, of a lien for taxes on distilled spirits in favor of the United States against appellant in the sum of $2,448.
