This is an appeal by Edgar N. Col-son, a bankrupt, from an order of the District Court reversing an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy, and granting a motion of Vernon H. Monteil, a creditor of the bankrupt, to strike a “Supplemental Report of Exempt Property” filed by the trustee in bankruptcy.
