KENNERLY, District Judge.

D. H. Zachman and several other persons, all of whom except one are alleged to be residents of Texas, and all of whom *747are, for brevity, collectively called “Plaintiffs”, bring this suit against J. D. Wheeler, Receiver of the General American Casualty Company under appointment of the District Court of Travis County, Texas. He is, for brevity, called “‘Receiver”.
