This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Lawrence County granting a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deliver to Marshall Ahkrim, the newly elected clerk of the relator board of education, all books and papers, etc., in possession of the respondent as clerk of the board of education.
