By deed dated February 14, 1946, James Bostic conveyed with general warranty and covenants of title to his wife, Didena Bostic, “for and during her natural life,” and to their son, Carnie Odell Bostic, “the remainder in fee simple” in, two tracts of land containing approximately 95 acres in Russell county, Virginia.
