RIVES, Circuit Judge.

Ellen Coons Braxton as administratrix of the estate of her former husband, Ed J. Coons, sued Sterling Holloway and Sun Valley Lodge, Inc., a dissolved corporation for an accounting on an alleged contract between Coons and Holloway concerning the management, operation and ownership of Sun Valley Lodge Motel near Abilene, Texas. The case was tried to the court without a jury.
