This is a plenary action brought under the Bankruptcy Act. Plaintiffs are the Trustees of the bankrupt estate of William Alton Gray. The defendant is Mrs. Evelyn Brown Petty, wife of A. Preston Petty, Jr. The suit seeks to avoid a deed and recover title to certain real property transferred by the bankrupt to Mrs. Petty on January 2, 1956.
