HAMITER, Justice.
Texas Gas Transmission Corporation instituted three expropriation actions against the owners of three separate tracts of land situated in Lafayette Parish to obtain a 50' right of way or easement across such properties for the construction, operation and maintenance of a 20" high pressure gas transmission line.
