Appellant, Consolidated Freightways, Inc., conducts a freightline business in many western and mid-western states, including the states of Washington, Oregon and Idaho. A substantial part of its business is carried on in Idaho where it has *471several freight terminals. About ten years prior to 1956, one Wendell Hillenbrand was employed by the Consolidated Freightways, Inc.
