Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York July 3, 1958 (Claim of Ladutsky v. Tri-Motor Auto Service)

Appeal by an employer and its insurance carrier from a decision and award of the Workmen’s Compensation Board. The board has found that while claimant was working as an automobile repairman a foreign body entered his left eye, causing corneal ulceration from which developed various complications and conditions which caused complete blindness in that eye.
