On May 12, 1954, defendant, Continental Casualty Company, entered into a written, three-year contract of insurance *355designated as Comprehensive Automobile Liability Policy No. C.C.A. 5136671, with Modern Transfer Co., Inc., of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
