The plaintiffs, owners in fee of a one-story residence in the Bronx, New York, bring this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2410(a) against the United States of America, to quiet title — specifically to cancel a lien filed by the Government for unpaid taxes assessed against Mae Chic-co, the plaintiffs’ grantor.
