This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted appellee, The Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the State Bar of Texas, against appellant, Amarillo Abstract and Title Company, a corporation, for exceeding its corporate powers and privileges by engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
