This is a petition by the National Labor Relations Board for summary entry of a decree enforcing an order issued by the Board against the respondent, a corporation engaged in Ponce, Puerto Rico, in the business of processing cane into sugar and related products. The jurisdiction of the Board and of this court is clear.
