This is an appeal from an order dismissing the appellant’s petition for an order requiring the appellees to vacate certain land and a guest house located thereon in Ofu (the land was alleged by the appellant to be Togalei), so that the appellant would “be able to take possession of the said land for the purposes of dwelling and re-erecting a
