Each case is now before the court on plaintiffs’ motions for partial summary judgment, and on defendants’ motions for summary judgment; each motion is directed to the issue of jurisdiction under the Sherman and Clayton Acts. Both cases raise the identical jurisdictional issues, and are treated together.
