HARPER, District Judge.

This is an action for treble damages brought by Becker-Lehmann, Inc., against the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, and four oil companies, The Texas Company, Shell Oil Company, Continental Oil Company, and Sunray Mid-Continent Oil Company. The complaint charges violation of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1 and 2, and the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C.A.
