This is a suit for personal injuries resulting from an automobile collision. The petitioner is Thomas Mapes, who was driving one of the automobiles, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, the liability insurer of Ronald C. Rhyne, the driver of the other vehicle, is the defendant.
