CATES, Judge.

Universal has appealed from a judgment of the Montgomery Circuit Court where-under $400 was awarded against it on Johnson’s plea of set-off. The cause was tried without a jury. Neither party demurred to any of the other’s pleadings.

Universal brought an action under a two count complaint for default in payments under a written contract under which Johnson bought a 1957 Ford car.
