Defendant, Burton Plumbing-Heating Co., Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Burton”), has moved to dismiss this action, or in lieu thereof to quash the return of the summons on the ground that there was no compliance with Section 180.847 (4), Wis.Stats. (1957).
