This suit was instituted by VeEtta Wim-bush as the curatrix of her husband, Robert Wimbush, against Eudoxie Jones, for the purpose of annulling a notarial act of sale executed on July 1, 1960, wherein Robert Wimbush conveyed eight acres of land for a stated consideration of $250.00.
