RICHARDS, Justice.

Alice M. Meyer, appellee, brought suit for divorce in the Domestic Relations Court No. 1, Dallas County, from her husband J. K. Meyer, appellant, upon the grounds of mental and physical cruelty under the provisions of Art. 4629, Subd. 1, Vernon’s Annotated Civil Statutes, and for the custody of their four minor male children.
