Appellant, Doyal A. Johns, brought suit for indemnification of his son’s funeral expenses from appellee, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, hereinaft-f er referred to as the Company. Appellant sued on an automobile insurance policy issued by the Company on the Ford automobile owned by him.
