Appellee, Local Union 612, sued appellant, Deaton Truck Line, Inc., for specific *420performance of an agreement to arbitrate two labor disputes or grievances. Jurisdiction was claimed under Section 301(a) of the Taft-Hartley Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185(a).
