This case is before us on appeal by Weston Drilling Company, a corporation, and Larco Drilling Company, a copartnership composed of I. P. LaRue, Jr., Fred C. *591LaRue, Harry D. Owen and Mrs. Ruthie LaRue Owen, defendants in the court below, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial District of Hinds County rendered in favor of S. Y. Tupper, W. Gr. Red-field and Mrs.
