This land condemnation suit commenced by plaintiff, United States of America, is now before the Court for disposition of a controversy which has arisen between Oscar Barger and Gracie Barger, his wife, on the one hand, and Glenn Barnum and Oneita Barnum Bradford, on the other hand, as to the ownership at the time of the Government’s taking of Tract 1515.
