This is a petition for relief in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis filed September 25, 1961, by Carlos Marcello, who seeks to set aside a judgment of conviction on his plea of guilty which was entered on October 29, 1938 (nearly 23 years before) to a charge of violating the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937, 26 U.S.C.A. § 4741 et seq.
